We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who can take ownership of our fast-paced, fulfillment operations. You’ll manage day-to-day warehouse activity, keep our operations smooth and efficient, and help us stay ahead of the curve during our busiest seasons.

Responsibilities:

1. Fulfillment Operations: Oversee all order picking, packing, and shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory using spreadsheets and basic systems. Oversee stock movement and storage.
3. Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues.
4. Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is organized and efficient.

Qualifications:

• Significant hands-on experience in warehouse / fulfillment roles, especially in ecommerce or seasonal environments.
• Comfortable using Shopify and Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, etc) for order and inventory management.
• Experience with warehouse automation tools or systems is a plus.
• Background in seasonal / holiday product businesses is a plus.
• Forklift certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to handle seasonal surges and stay level-headed under pressure.
• Looking for ownership and autonomy, not micromanagement.

Compensation: CAD $60,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.

Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to fulfillment KPIs and company goals.

Work Arrangements: Flexible based on reliability and performance.

Note: This role is based at our Richmond warehouse.
