Kal Tire in Whitby is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist for a contract period with full-time hours. This hands-on role supports inventory control and a safe, efficient warehouse workflow in a retail environment.

The successful candidate will lift up to 50 lbs, follow PPE and safety procedures, and contribute to monthly counts while delivering reliable shipping and receiving performance. Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations (tires experience a plus).
• Attention to detail in labeling, inspecting goods for damage and verifying orders.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and coordinating shipments.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently manage the incoming and outgoing flow of tires and wheels.
• Excel in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and movement throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area, contributing to the overall organization of the store's warehouse.
• Prepare inventory for monthly counts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
