Job summary

Carfair Composites Inc. in Winnipeg, MB is hiring a Shipper/Receiver to manage inventory and coordinate the loading, packing, and shipment of goods. You will move materials to and from docks, build crates, inspect quality, and maintain safety standards within a busy shipping area.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to procedures, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position is based in Canada and offers the opportunity to contribute to our growing national distribution

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse material-handling equipment and safe shipping/receiving practices.
• Must hold valid forklift license or certification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse conditions.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move products from trucks and within the department.
• Package and wrap products according to standard procedures.
• Build crates or custom shipping packages using hand tools.
• Inspect products and report defects against quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain housekeeping.
• Ensure crates/pallets are loaded and secured for transport.
• Use MIS to generate shipping documents and bills.
