Job summary

Proax Technologies Ltd. seeks a full-time Warehouse Logistics Associate to support receiving inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records at our Mississauga location.

The role involves counting, scanning, packing, and preparing items for shipment, with RF scanners used to ensure precise order picking and put-aways. The position operates on-site at 6700 Millcreek Drive, Mississauga, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine method of shipment, using knowledge of shipping procedures and rates.
• Create daily shipping reports; print picking slips; file paperwork.

• Utilize RF scanners to accurately perform order picking and put-aways.
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves and inventory; count accurately.
• Ensure all shipments are sent out or received in a timely fashion.

General Description

This position supports our warehouse logistics operations including receiving inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods. Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Accurately count, record, and scan inventory for discrepancies. Perform unpacking, put aways, and picking tasks. Load and unload trucks and arrange for the transportation of products.

This is an on-site role at our warehouse at 6700 Millcreek Drive, Mississauga, ON L5N 8B3;

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures and rates
• Create daily shipping reports; create and print picking slips; and file all paperwork in proper file cabinets
• Receive, unpack, and examine incoming shipments; reject damaged items, record shortages, and arrange to rectify damages and shortages
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately perform order picking and put aways
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves and inventory; count accurately
• Ensure that all shipments are sent out and/or received in a timely fashion
