JNH Lifestyles is a sauna manufacturer and retailer located in the greater Los Angeles area. We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join the team at our Ontario, California facility.
Responsibilities
Fulfillment Process
Obtain and compare quotes for all small pack and LTL shipments to determine the most economical and efficient form of delivery.
Create and process shipping documents for all outbound small pack and LTL shipments, including accessories and replacement parts.
Mark-ship fulfilled orders in designated selling channels and internal inventory/order management systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for outgoing shipments, liaising with the Warehouse department, LTL dispatch agents and brokers.
Inventory Management
Monitor warehouse and small pack supply inventory; submit supply requisition requests as needed.
Store, organize and maintain packaging and supply materials for outgoing LTL and small pack shipments.
Collaboration
Coordinate local in-house deliveries and installations with Customer Service and Warehouse departments; determine delivery route and schedule.
Process and schedule customer will-call orders; prepare required paperwork, complete upon pick-up.
Process and schedule re-consignments and returned items as required.
Coordinate with various departments, including Bookkeeping, Customer Service, Sales and Warehouse to ensure excellent customer service during the fulfillment process.
Warranty Claims & Repairs
Receive and process all Warranty Claim Repair items, performing required testing, diagnostics and repairs.
Process and ship all completed Warranty repairs, updating customer records and/or support tickets.
Quality & Efficiency
Ensure efficiency of workflow by following established departmental policies, procedures and objectives.
Update and maintain files and records; retrieve documents from filing systems as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
Education: High School Degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 Years relevant experience.
Excellent computer skills with the ability to work across multiple different software programs.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Ability to learn quickly and work within a fast-paced environment.
