What You’ll Do:
Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labeling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at scheduled time
Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials and re-order supplies as needed
Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays.
Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and escalate issues when necessary
Other administrative and clerical work and ad-hoc tasks as required
What We’re Looking for:
At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability
Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues
Fluent in English
