Job description

This position will be for 1st shift; Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for fulfilling orders to Distribution Centers, International Orders, and stock inventory in warehouse as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performing daily and weekly cleaning according to standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
2. Filling orders according to SOPs
3. Ensure that the product that is being shipped is properly contained, held at the proper temperature and placed on a clean/sanitary transportation vehicle.
4. Ensuring that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier and order numbers.
5. Maintaining shipping stations in working order and also stocking inventory on shelves.
6. Using manual and electric pallet jacks as needed.
7. Assisting in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in production facility required
