As a Shipping Clerk at Sonova, you will support the daily operations of our Logistics department by preparing, shipping, receiving, and managing hearing instruments and service parts. This role is essential to maintaining order accuracy and inventory integrity while helping us deliver life-changing products to customers around the world.
Responsibilities:
• Pick hearing instruments and service parts for shipment using picking lists
• Pack items according to company guidelines and quality standards
• Process shipments in SAP, including invoicing and label generation
• Manage stock movements and inventory replenishment for all storage locations
• Support inbound activities, including putaway and sorting of incoming inventory
• Monitor and maintain shipping supply inventory levels
• Conduct cycle counts and perform quality checks on outgoing orders
• Complete work orders for tasks such as housing changes and custom builds
• Follow cleanroom and health/safety standards while maintaining a tidy work environment
• Assist with internal SOCV and customs shipments
• Perform other assigned duties as needed
More about you:
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role preferred
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Detail-oriented and able to follow written procedures accurately
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
• Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
