Job Description

Location: 1180 Springfield Road, Winnipeg MB – This site is not located on a bus route.

Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) & Evenings (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

Type: Full-time Monday to Friday

We’re a leading cabinet manufacturer, and we’re looking for Shipping Associates to join our hardworking, energetic team. In this role, you’ll be on your feet and moving all day—prepping, stacking, and palletizing finished cabinets for delivery. It’s physical work with purpose, in a supportive team environment where safety and quality come first.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing finished cabinets for shipping by stacking and palletizing products accurately and safely
  • Moving products through the shipping area using manual and powered equipment
  • Supporting the team to meet daily schedules for on-time and complete deliveries
  • Following quality and safety standards at all times
  • Keeping the shipping area organized, efficient, and ready for action


What You Bring to the Team:

  • You’re physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy products and being on your feet all day
  • You’re a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • You’re reliable, organized, and safety-focused
  • Experience in shipping, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus, but we’ll train the right person

Qualifications

  • The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
  • Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and
  • The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
