About Our Client

Our client is a renowned supplier of specialty dry food blends, servicing industrial food manufacturers around the world.

Assist their team’s productivity by working as a Shipper / Receiver, operating a forklift with a valid / current forklift certification.

What You Will Be Doing, as a Shipper / Receiver:

1. Load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.
2. Ensure all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order.
3. Adhere to all safety regulations regarding forklift operation and safe handling of materials.
4. Manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording locations.
5. Analyze pick sheets based on clients' orders and pull the appropriate products.
6. Deliver products to various locations using company-provided truck.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Should Have, as a Shipper / Receiver:

• Valid Forklift Operating Licence with a minimum of 1 year Canadian experience.
• Valid Class D Driver’s Licence with a minimum of 1 year Canadian experience (asset but not required).
• Understanding of production flow principles and manufacturing processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a busy environment.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a heavily scented/aromatic environment (spices).

• Day shift (1st shift)
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
