Our facility in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec has key positions in Operations, Production, Research and Development, and other disciplines. This facility specializes in silicon and III-V sensors or emitters including thermal infrared detectors, solid-state lasers and imaging solutions suitable for a wide range of applications.

We are presently seeking for a Storekeeper/Shipping/Receiving on a day shift whose role consists of carrying out daily operations relating to the store including reception, distribution of parts, warehousing and shipping of products. Use of a computer is required for data recording and inventory management.

Your Responsibilities

• Issues goods as requested by the “kitting” department;
• Receives, record transactions and stores raw materials as required as per P7019;
• Maintains records of quantities received and disbursed of raw materials;
• Cleans, count and repackages assembly parts;
• Performs inventory counts;
• Receives, record transactions & packs and ships finished goods as required;
• Prepares shipment documents as required as per P7022;
• Receives and maintains records for returned goods as per P7035;
• Delivers lab supplies as requested by production;
• Handles and stores hazardous materials including chemical products;
• Wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the regulations;
• Performs other related duties as required.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Completed High School diploma;
• Experience as inventory clerk and inventory management an asset;
• Attention to details and precision;
• Results oriented;
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team often very busy and in constant evolution;
• Ability to lift a maximum weight of 50 Lbs. (23 Kg);
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset;
• French required, business communication in English both written and spoken;
