Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Shipper/Receiver - Logistics.

The Shipper/Receiver - Logistics will assist with all aspects of the logistics processes including verification of returns versus RGA, crediting the customer, and shipping sales orders and consolidated returns to our DC’s in the USA.

A successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be self-motivated to get the job done with limited supervision.

What you will do:

  • Receive and verify all incoming returns
  • Pick, pack and ship outgoing sales orders
  • Resolve receiving issues, ship unauthorized returns back to the customer
  • Process credits to customers
  • Consolidate and process return shipments to our US warehouse locations
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts
  • Related administrative duties as required
  • Maintain an extremely well organized and safe work environment within TTI

  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Forklift/Counterbalance certified
