A leading company in material manufacturing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ottawa to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. This role requires excellent customer service and effective communication skills, along with safety compliance in a warehouse environment. The position involves teamwork, organization, and handling of shipments, contributing to a collaborative work culture.

The function of this position is to ship and receive products as required. Additionally, it is expected that the incumbent will maintain an organized warehouse, load picked orders, and supply accurate documentation of material received and shipped. There is frequent direct interaction with customers requiring delivery of excellent customer service.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, and hearing. Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
The environment is usually moderate noise, primarily in the warehouse, requiring PPE such as safety boots and gloves. Exposure to outside elements and stairs may occur.
