Job summary

The Calgary Co-op Home Health Care is seeking a reliable Shipper/Receiver to maintain customer service standards while ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations. You will handle shipments, check incoming packages for completeness and damage, and prepare items for shipment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, assisting the supervisor with policy adherence, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting OH&S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education is required.
• Insurable Driver's Abstract is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations through proper handling of customer merchandise and inquiries.
• Coordinate deliveries to optimize cost and delivery times.
• Assist the supervisor to ensure warehouse operations comply with policies and programs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare shipments with attention to detail.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and manifests.
• Support OH&S initiatives and participate in safety activities.
