Arrow Engineered Products Woodstock is seeking a Shipper to facilitate movement of parts, supplies, and stock. You will load/unload materials, process accompanying paperwork, and pack items as needed.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential for coordinating with other departments and maintaining safety. The role requires forklift and overhead crane certifications, WHMIS, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Read and follow shipping/receiving documentation.
• Read drawings and/or blueprints.
• Must have valid general driver's license.
• Knowledge of QA/WI production processes.
• Ability to assist shipping personnel with duties.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, and unload materials using material handling equipment.
• Process paperwork and packing items when required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Follow Occupational Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

Job Summary: Shipper

We are looking for a Shipper to facilitate the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment, and stock to and from establishments. The successful individual will move, load, or unload materials by hand or by using a variety of material handling equipment. There would be additional responsibility for processing the paperwork and packing items when required.

Compensation Range: $23.00 up to $27.00 hourly

Job Duties

• You are able to read and follow shipping /receiving documentation
• You have a general knowledge of the visual program
• You are able to inspect incoming products/parts
• You maintain a clean and orderly work area
• You have the ability to multi task
• You have knowledge of the production process (QA/ WI)
• You have the ability to perform all Receiving functions
• You will work with other department to resolve problems
• You will follow all Occupational Health & Safety Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
• You have the ability to read drawings and/or blueprints

Your Skills Set

• Certified on forklift and overhead cranes
• Certified WHMIS
• Must have valid general drivers license
• Good product knowledge
• Ability to identify key / critical features
• Ability to assist shipping personnel with their duties
