Job summary

Integrated Staffing Limited is seeking a reliable Shipper/Receiver for a growing manufacturing company in Dartmouth, NS. This role focuses on shipping, receiving and inventory tasks in a structured environment.

You will prepare and verify shipments, receive materials, update the ERP system, and support cycle counts with accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving experience is an asset.
• Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Able to read and verify basic shipping and receiving documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments
• Check part numbers, quantities, and shipping details for accuracy
• Prepare packing slips and other shipping documents
• Receive incoming materials and compare them against purchase orders and packing slips
• Check materials for damage, discrepancies, or missing documentation
• Label and organize materials and move them to the appropriate area
• Enter shipping and receiving information into the inventory system
• Help maintain accurate inventory and material traceability
• Assist with cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with inventory, purchasing, production, and quality teams

We’re working with a growing local manufacturing company that produces specialized components for highly regulated industries. They’re looking to add a Shipper/Receiver to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience who is looking to build their skills in a structured manufacturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:
