Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Shipper/Receiver for our Cranbrook Construction and Forestry location. This role supports the parts department with shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate handling of goods and inventory control.

You will work in a team, load trucks and containers, inspect for damage, and help keep the area clean and safe in varying conditions. Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in adverse conditions (heat/cold/slippery).

Responsibilities

• Work in teams to loading trucks and sea containers with finished goods.
• Inspect crates and bundles for damage during loading.
• Assist in counting inventory and keep area clean and orderly.
• Perform duties outside in safe, competent manner in extreme conditions.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brandt is currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver for our Cranbrook Construction and Forestry location.

This position is responsible for assisting the parts department with the general shipping and receiving of goods.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Work in teams to loading trucks and sea containers with finished goods
• Inspecting crates and bundles for damage during the loading process
• Assist in counting of inventory as required Keeps area clean and in order at all times
• Must have the ability to perform work related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions, extreme heat/cold/slippery conditions
• Forklift experience would be an asset but is not required
• Other duties as assigned
