Mon - Fri | 8:00 am – 5:00pm|40 hours per week

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Shipper Receiver to join our fast-paced Parts team. If you have a passion for organization, attention to detail, and a knack for providing exceptional customer service, this is the perfect role for you. In this position, you will manage the shipping and receiving of parts, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist customers with their parts needs, ensuring they receive the right products in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or packing slips and reporting discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain core bank, and perform core returns in accordance with Paccar and supplier policies and procedures.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately, ensuring proper labeling and timely delivery to customers or other locations.
• Serve as a Parts Counterperson during employee absences, sick days, or during peak periods assisting customers with part selection, pricing, and orders.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and managing storage areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to safely move, load, and unload inventory.
• Perform regular inventory counts, including cycle counts, to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding parts, pricing, or availability in a professional manner.
• Assist with parts procurement, including sourcing and special-order requests, to meet customer needs and maintain workflow efficiency.

What You Need:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role. Experience in parts and logistics is an asset.
• Valid Drivers Licence & lean driving abstract.

Additional Strengths:

• Familiarity with inventory management software would be considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, particularly in a retail or parts environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
