Job summary

Wonderbrands in Langley, BC is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, manage pallet movement, and support cold storage activities. The role requires attention to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced bakery environment.

The position involves loading/unloading, inventory checks, and paperwork handling, with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts. Candidates should have forklift certification and familiarity with SAP or similar systems, and a willingness to work across freezer

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required.
• Strong math and computer skills are essential.
• Experience with warehouse shipping/receiving procedures.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets of finished goods from staging area to correct freezer slot.
• Operate Raymond Reach, stand-up, and counterbalance forklifts as needed.
• Organize production floor, freezer aisles, and maintain packaging trays.
• Inspect trailers and incoming ingredients for compliance during offload.
• Process orders and fill reefer trailers in correct sequence.
• Receive deliveries, verify paperwork, and perform inventory counts.

Location: 5345 275 St, Langley Twp, BC V4W 3X8

WAGE: $24.02 / $2.00 per hour, night shift premium (if applicable)SHIFT: available to work any shift (flexibility with working overtime, and on weekends, as necessary)

In a typical day you will:

• Work in the warehouse and in/out of the freezer, operating a Raymond Reach Stand-up and/orCounterbalance forklift, and pallet walk-behind.
• Move pallets of finished goods from staging area to the correct slot in freezer.
• Organize production floor, freezer & aisles (maintain requirednumberof trays for packaging & finished products)
• Complete visual inspection of trailers and incoming ingredients to ensure it is within compliance when offloading
• Pick orders and fill reefer trailer in correct order.
• Inspect and receive all deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is correct and perform inventory counts
• Complete all paperwork including receiving logs and conduct food safety checks on trailer
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

About You:

• Be a lover of bread and baked goods!
• You have an excellent understanding of warehouse Shipping/Receiving procedures and equipment.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are self-reliant, and be energized by opportunities to learn and grow, and be a steward of your own career

• Have solid mathematical and computer skills
• Haveforklift license, and ideally some knowledge of SAP
• Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
