Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Shipper-Receiver – Order Picker to ensure product quality and quantity for stores. Responsibilities include managing order fulfillment, quality control, and maintaining orderliness in storage areas. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills in a physically demanding environment.

Shipper-Receiver – Order Picker

Position Purpose:

Ensure all products are of their best quality and quantity when delivered to 7-Eleven stores, achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Set trays according to Truck Routes (Route 1,2,3)
• Fulfill CDC/DSD/SK orders according to the store's daily order demand.
• Ensure proper quality control.
• Pick orders in Red/Blue trays in following orders of product placement – Froz, Sandwiches, Reefer and Dry product with accuracy.
• Clean Red/Blue Trays on daily basis.
• Perform Daily store sandwich/bread audit.
• All shortages must be reported/Enter KSR in VTS system.
• Prepare Bill of Lading for DSD/SK/W &C orders.
• Record DSD Froz/meat/cheese– expiry dates in log for traceability.
• Able to operate Power and manual jack to move pallet for shipping.
• Some cross training working inside the production floor. Training provided.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the storage/picking and packing areas
• Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Education/Experience: Minimum High School Preferrable.

Language: Speak, Read, Write English

Work Setting: Loaders Cooler, Freezer, Dry room, Food Production Plant, Warehouse

Weight Handling/Working condition: Able to lift to 50 kg/ Very Physical and able to work in cold condition

Essential Skills: Good Reading, Writing and Verbal Communication Skills, Organization, Document use, Problem Solving, Attention to detail and able to work independently and with a team.
