The job:

The primary purpose of the SHIFT SUPERVISOR is to support management by overseeing daily employee activities, monitoring productivity, ensuring responsibilities are met, and maintaining smooth business operations. The role also emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive, safe work environment.

  • Monitor, plan, and observe daily employee activities, coordinate breaks, and keep management informed of significant issues
  • Create and maintain a safe and positive work environment free of harassment and violence
  • Model company brand standards and adhere to all policies and SOPs professionally
  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies
  • Follow cash handling policies, ensure security of cash, and void transactions as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints in line with policies, prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation standards, complying with all H&S regulations
  • Manage product placement, receiving, and perform monthly inventory checks
  • Provide training for new employees across different brands
  • Respond to guest injuries and property damage, complete reports, and record promptly in HUB/IFM

Reliable transportation is required as our plazas are on highways 401/400, and public transit is unavailable.

Who you are matters:

Previous experience in restaurants, food service, or retail (cashier, barista, food prep, customer service, sales, or team member) is beneficial, but the most important qualities are your values and character.
