You will work in busy, fast-paced plazas featuring leading brands such as Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Popeyes, Burger King, Wendy’s, Subway, New York Fries, and our retail outlet - ON Market. The job:

The SHIFT SUPERVISOR supports management by monitoring daily employee activities, ensuring productivity, responsibility, and smooth operations, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive, safe work environment.

  • Monitor, plan, and oversee daily employee activities; coordinate breaks; inform management of significant issues
  • Create and uphold a safe, harassment- and violence-free work environment
  • Model brand standards and adhere to policies and SOPs professionally
  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures according to policies
  • Follow cash handling policies, maintain cash security, and process voids as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints in line with company policy, prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Practice food safety and sanitation standards, complying with all H&S regulations
  • Manage product placement and receiving, conduct monthly inventory
  • Train new employees across different brands
  • Respond to guest injuries and property damage, complete reports promptly

Transportation: Reliable transportation is required as plazas are located on highways 401/400; public transit may not be available.

Who you are:

Previous experience in restaurants, food service, or retail roles such as cashier, barista, food prep, or sales associate is beneficial, but more important are your values and attitude.
