Overview

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting team development. You will model Starbucks guiding principles and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and promote Starbucks values.
  • Maintain composure during busy periods and unusual events.
  • Evaluate customer and store needs proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
  • Support new partner training and performance feedback.
