As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team by delegating tasks and creating the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You will model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles, contributing to a company consistently rated as a great place to work.
