As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team by delegating tasks and creating the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

• Promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission with integrity and honesty.
• Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events, setting a positive example.
