Position Overview

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team, delegate tasks, and ensure the delivery of the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming environment. You will model Starbucks' guiding principles and be part of a company recognized as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission.
  • Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operations and set a positive example.
  • Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and store management.

  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Follow operational policies, including cash handling and safety procedures.
  • Ensure proper cash management and adherence to policies.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Consistently provide quality beverages and food, adhering to standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments and utilize operational tools for excellence.
