As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead a team, delegate tasks, and deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing excellent customer service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Act with integrity, honesty, and promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission.
• Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to ensure store standards are met and set a positive example.
• Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
• Communicate effectively with the manager to respond to store needs and create a welcoming environment.
