Shift Supervisor - Store# 52237, Regent Mall Fredericton

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead a team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing legendary customer service, maintaining quality beverages and products, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment. You will model Starbucks' guiding principles and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission with integrity and honesty.

  • Manage store operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties.
  • Follow operational policies on cash handling, safety, and security.
  • Ensure adherence to cash management policies and proper register procedures.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensure quality standards for beverages, food, and sanitation are met.
  • Recognize team achievements and utilize tools for operational excellence.

Experience and Skills
