Position Overview

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing legendary customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves delegating tasks, training partners, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act with integrity, honesty, and uphold Starbucks' culture, values, and mission.
  2. Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events, setting a positive example.
  3. Evaluate customer and store needs proactively.
  4. Communicate effectively with the store team and manager.
  5. Assist in training new partners and providing performance feedback.

  7. Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs.
  8. Develop positive relationships with team members, understanding their motivations and concerns.
  9. Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.

  11. Ensure consistent quality of beverages, food, and products.
  12. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  13. Use operational tools to achieve shift goals and recognize team accomplishments.
Experience and Skills
