Role Overview

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team by delegating tasks and creating the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper cash management and follow all operational procedures.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensure quality in beverages, food, and product presentation, adhering to standards.
  • Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments and utilize organizational tools for operational excellence.
