As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team by delegating tasks and creating the Starbucks Experience for customers through legendary customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You will model and uphold Starbucks' guiding principles and be part of a company recognized as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks with integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain composure during high-volume periods to ensure standard operations and set a positive example.
  • Evaluate the environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the manager to foster a positive store environment.
  • Support new partner training and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing morale and performance changes.
  • Provide clear coaching and feedback to partners to ensure operational excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to customer needs, and build positive relationships.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
  • Acknowledge and celebrate team achievements.
  • Utilize operational tools to achieve shift goals.
Experience and Skills
  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
