As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission with integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain composure during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations and set a positive example.
  • Evaluate customer and store needs proactively.

  • Monitor and support team members during shifts to maintain service quality.

  • Ensure product quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Recognize and reinforce team achievements and operational excellence.
  • Utilize operational tools effectively to meet shift goals.

Experience and Skills

  • Customer service experience in retail or food service.
