As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You will model Starbucks' guiding principles and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Uphold integrity, honesty, and the culture of Starbucks.
  2. Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operations and set a positive example.
  3. Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
  4. Communicate effectively with the team and management.
  5. Assist with new partner training and performance feedback.
  6. Foster a positive team environment and recognize achievements.
  7. Deliver legendary customer service and respond to customer needs.
  8. Build positive relationships with team members.
  9. Manage store operations during shifts, including opening and closing duties.
  10. Follow operational policies, including cash handling and safety procedures.
  11. Ensure proper cash management practices.
  12. Coordinate with baristas to deliver excellent service.
  13. Maintain attendance and punctuality.
  14. Ensure quality standards for beverages and food products.
  15. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  16. Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments.
  17. Utilize operational tools to achieve excellence.
Experience and Skills
