- Manage store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
- Follow Starbucks policies on cash handling, safety, and security.
- Ensure proper cash management practices are followed.
- Follow up with baristas to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Consistently provide quality beverages, food, and products, adhering to standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
