Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
  • Follow Starbucks policies on cash handling, safety, and security.
  • Ensure proper cash management practices are followed.
  • Follow up with baristas to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Consistently provide quality beverages, food, and products, adhering to standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Recognize and reinforce team and individual accomplishments.
  • Use operational tools to achieve shift excellence.
