Shift Supervisor - Store# 04573, Cornwall & Trafalgar

Join us as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks in Store# 04573, Cornwall & Trafalgar. Be among the first 25 applicants and help create the Starbucks Experience for our customers.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. Your role includes deploying partners, delegating tasks, delivering legendary customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will model Starbucks' guiding principles and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission.
  • Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events, setting a positive example for the team.
  • Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the manager to ensure a positive store environment.
  • Assist with training new partners and provide constructive feedback.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and building relationships.
  • Execute store operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Follow all operational policies, including cash handling and safety procedures.

  • Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments and utilize operational tools for excellence.
Experience & Skills
  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
