Shift Supervisor - Store# 04494, MAPLEVIEW MALL

Join us as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, Store# 04494, MAPLEVIEW MALL .

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing legendary customer service, ensuring prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles, contributing to a positive workplace and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission with integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events, setting a positive example for the team.
  • Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and store management to create a welcoming environment.
  • Support new partner training and provide respectful coaching and feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and recognize partner performance and morale.
  • Provide excellent customer service by connecting with customers and responding to their needs.
  • Organize opening and closing duties and follow store policies for safety, security, and cash handling.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments and utilize operational tools effectively.
