As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing legendary customer service, ensuring prompt service, maintaining quality beverages and products, and keeping a clean and welcoming store environment. You will model Starbucks' guiding principles and be part of a company recognized as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Starbucks' culture, values, and mission.
  • Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to ensure store standards and set a positive example.
  • Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and store manager to foster a positive environment.
  • Assist in training new partners and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and recognize partner performance and morale.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer needs, and build positive relationships.
  • Execute store operations, including opening and closing duties, following policies for cash handling and safety.
  • Ensure consistent quality of beverages, food, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
  • Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments and utilize operational tools for excellence.
Experience and Skills
  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
  • Ability to lead and direct others, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.
