The job:

The Shift Supervisor supports management by monitoring daily employee activities, ensuring productivity, responsibility, smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a positive, safe work environment.

  1. Monitor, plan, and observe daily activities of employees; coordinate breaks; inform management of significant issues.
  2. Create and maintain a safe, harassment- and violence-free work environment.
  3. Model company brand standards and adhere to policies and SOPs professionally.
  4. Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures per company policies.
  5. Follow cash handling policies, maintain security, and process void transactions as needed.
  6. Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  7. Practice food safety and sanitation standards, complying with H&S regulations.
  8. Manage product placement, receiving, and monthly inventory counts.
  9. Train new employees across different brands.
  10. Respond to guest injuries and property damage, completing reports promptly.
Additional Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required, as our plazas are located on highways 401/400, and public transportation is unavailable.
