Job Title: Shift Supervisor – Continental Night Shift
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Straight Continental
Wage: $25–$27/hour
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Permit Holders Welcome to Apply- Minimum 2-year validity preferred

About the Opportunity

A growing manufacturing facility in Mississauga is looking to add a hands-on, motivated Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during the continental night shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for a team leader who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and is looking for long-term stability and growth.

Note: Training will begin on the day shift for the first month before moving to the permanent night schedule (7PM–7AM, straight continental/ no rotations).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 4–7 production operators
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met
• Maintain workflow, troubleshoot production issues, and escalate when needed
• Coach and guide team members, leading by example
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments
• Conduct pre-shift equipment and safety checks
• Maintain shift reports and documentation
• Promote a respectful and productive work culture

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading a team in a production or manufacturing setting
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in hot, wet, and physically demanding environments
• Experience with fabric coating or industrial processes is an asset
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to get hands-on when needed
• Open to working permanent overnight continental shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$27/hour + shift premiums
• Overtime paid after 40 hours/week
