We're looking for friendly and outgoing Shift Supervisors!

Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. They work with restaurant management to provide direction and training on every shift to exceed customer expectations. As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist in executing daily operations activities.

The basic responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor include:

• Overseeing and managing a multi-million-dollar operation, providing excellent customer service, and demonstrating leadership in a team-oriented environment.
• Being available to work all shifts - Opening, Midday, and Closing shifts.

General Responsibilities:

• Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures with crew members.
• Acting as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers at open and verifying cash at close.
• Conducting walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/close or during rush hours.
• Collaborating with the Restaurant Management team to train, develop, and communicate effectively with crew members to maximize retention.
• Supervising, coordinating, and delegating operational tasks while ensuring compliance with all company policies to "Delight Every Customer".
• Working with the management team to meet quality, production, and service standards and to maintain a safe, efficient, and professional environment.
• Assisting in maintaining proper staffing schedules to meet or exceed customer service standards.
• Partnering with other management to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Following up and resolving guest-related issues as needed.
