Job Description

Shift Leaders supervise store employees and operations. They should possess excellent customer service skills to address customer needs, be self-motivated, and assist managers with tasks to maintain smooth facility operations. Knowledge of store procedures and a commitment to quality and service are essential.

Pay Rate: Starting between $17.20 and $20.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and related equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
