Pay: $27.85 / Hour

Responsibilities

As a Shift Maintenance Mechanic you will support production by maintaining production and process support equipment and performing preventative maintenance as needed. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
  • Locate and replace defective components
  • Teach line operators preventative maintenance processes
  • Troubleshoot Motor Control Centers and relays, solenoids and other complex fractional hp. electrical d.c. drives and a.c. frequency drives

Requirements

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience working with PLC’s and AC Frequency drives
  • Certified forklift operator
  • Ability to program PLC’s, troubleshoot and repair AC Frequency drives
  • Ability to stick (ARC) weld and use cutting torch and a VOM meter digital multi-meter

Icing on the cake:

  • Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Associates degree or two year technical degree in a related field
