Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a diverse team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations while role-modeling customer-first service in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise Managers and Crew, participate in local community events, and uphold the company’s renowned standards. Starting wage is competitive with an overnight shift premium, reflecting the role’s responsibilities.
