Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Shift Manager for a location in Drayton Valley, Alberta. You will lead a team in daily food preparation, service, and safety, while ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

The role offers 40 hours per week, with a focus on scheduling, training, and maintaining efficient operations. Prior food service or retail experience is valued, with education at the secondary level required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in food service or retail preferred.
