We're looking for outgoing and energetic Shift Managers to join our fun and fast-paced team!

This position is an entry-level, supervisory role at Wendy's, offering a great first step towards a potential management career in the restaurant industry.

The ideal Shift Manager is a confident decision-maker eager to learn, with experience in fast food or restaurant work and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be willing to lead and train team members during each shift and play a key role in our restaurant leadership team.
