Shift Manager

Starting hourly wage is $17.50

The job

As a Shift Manager, you'll inspire your team, foster pride, and contribute to delivering the best quick-service restaurant experience globally. You'll maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff and customers, manage and lead a team, and participate in local community events.

You'll also enforce our renowned cleanliness standards.

Your energy and experience

Previous experience in restaurant or retail roles such as barista, waiter, sales associate, cashier, or team member is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your energy, trustworthiness, confidence, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. You should be team-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about service and connection. A genuine smile and positive attitude are key to making a difference for our customers.
