Job summary

Mark’s is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader to create great experiences by engaging with customers and helping them find what they need quickly. You will leverage retail and leadership skills to be a role model and to lead the store when needed.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and organization, with 6+ months of retail experience and coaching. Typical pay ranges from CAD 16.00 to CAD 22.00 per hour, with benefits and discounts available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Our typical hiring range is between $16.00 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
