Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you will have the opportunity to embrace a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and we believe our people are the recipe for success. You will:

Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience:

  • Some high school education
  • Preferred some operations experience

Food Safety:

Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

ADA Statement:

Employees must work in hot environments with steam and food vapors, remain standing for long periods, and work quickly and accurately with kitchen equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters at 36 inches height. Kitchens are hot and noisy, with limited storage. Employees should be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and manage conflicts.
