JOEY Restaurants in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Service Leader to inspire and grow a 50-100 person team while delivering outstanding hospitality and a world-class dining experience.

You will attract, retain, and develop talent, lead quarterly strategic planning, and uphold standards in product, profit, environment and guest experience. This role blends leadership with hands-on mentorship in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Wage Range

$19 - $27 / hour

This compensation is inclusive of the anticipated restaurant tip portion.
