Job summary

JOEY Restaurants is seeking a Service Leader to drive the performance of a multi-million-dollar restaurant and its people in Kelowna. You will recruit, develop and empower a team of 50–100, executing quarterly plans to elevate product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

You will champion a culture of development, mentorship and teamwork while maintaining high standards of service, culinary excellence and community engagement.

As a Service Leader, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. Wage Range

$19 - $27 / hour

This compensation is inclusive of the anticipated restaurant tip portion.
